The Airforce are primarily equipped with combat-drones, grav-tanks and fleets of compact flight-pods. They are quick, manoeuvrable, hard to track, and packed with enough firepower to take down targets many times their size and strength. Members of the Airforce know the city airspace better than any GPS or routing system, and are perfectly placed to enact hit and run attacks on the enemy, spreading disorder and disarray amongst their ranks, before withdrawing into the vast labyrinth of the city airscape.
